i only heard about the term "exotrauma" recently, but that certainly describes my experiences. honestly i feel bad even talking about how my past life experiences emotionally fucked me up, because it doesn't...feel as valid as experiences from this world? but on the other hand, it...still affects me the same as if it had happened here. it sucks
(side note: is there also such a thing as exo-abuse? or does that fall under exotrauma as well? i don't want to use terms incorrectly)
